I have a question.. Have you ever tried to find hard to find something and then discovered it when you least expected it? Or searched for something you thought you wanted and then found something better that you hadn’t even considered? We’ve all had these experiences. Looking around the house for car keys and then realizing they were in our pocket all along. Applying for a job and getting rejected only to find a much better job down the road.
Searching for something and then finding it when you least expect it. I want to experiment with conveying this feeling through movement as it has been something that I have experienced many times in college. I hope to explore this concept through symbolism, possibly through the use of flashlights as this is an object people often use when searching for something.
